REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Because FLOW is a consumable food product, we can't accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at hello@alyn.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace it or refund it in full, including any return postage.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel an unopened order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. Email us and return the unopened box to the address we provide. Once we receive it, we'll refund the product cost within 14 days. You cover the return postage unless the item was faulty.
Refunds go back to your original payment method.
30-DAY GUARANTEE
Every first order of FLOW is covered by our 30-day guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email hello@alyn.shop within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order in full to your original payment method. You don't need to return the product.
The guarantee applies to your first box only, one per customer. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of your email. For subscriptions, we'll also cancel your subscription at the same time unless you ask us to keep it running.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship across the United Kingdom
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We'll send tracking to your email once your order is on its way. If it hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email hello@alyn.shop and we'll look into it.
We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect delivery details, but we'll always help resolve problems where we can.
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
FLOW is available as a subscription. When you subscribe, you're charged £37.95 on a recurring basis and receive a new box on your chosen schedule.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account, with no cancellation fee. Manage it via the link in your order confirmation or by logging into your account.
Changes and cancellations apply to your next order as long as they're made before that order is processed. Your next billing date is always shown in your account, so you can make changes in good time. If an order has already been processed, your change applies to the following delivery.
We'll email you before each renewal. If we change subscription pricing, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel before it takes effect.
To cancel, log into your account and select Manage Subscription / email hello@alyn.shop] and we'll confirm.
