PRIVACY POLICY

ALYN [Ltd — add full registered company name] ("we") is the data controller for personal information you give us through alyn.shop.

What we collect: your name, email, delivery and billing address, and order details when you buy or subscribe. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment providers - we never see or store them. We also collect basic analytics data through cookies (see our cookie banner).

Why we use it: to process and deliver your orders, manage subscriptions, respond to your emails, and — only if you opt in — send you marketing. Our lawful bases are contract (fulfilling your order) and consent (marketing and non-essential cookies).

Who we share it with: our order fulfilment, payment, email, and analytics providers, only as needed to run the store. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it: for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal and accounting obligations, then we delete it.

Your rights: you can access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Email hello@alyn.shop. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

TERMS OF SERVICE

By using alyn.shop and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders: placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when we accept and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you if a product is unavailable or there's a pricing error.

Products: FLOW is a food supplement, not a medicine. It's not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information on this site is not medical advice. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use. FLOW is not suitable for children.

Pricing: prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes. We may change prices, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

Liability: we're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms, but we're not liable for misuse of the product or failure to follow the usage and advisory guidance on the pack. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
