Tested

We publish what most brands keep in a drawer.

Mushrooms absorb what they grow in. That is part of what makes them remarkable, and part of why they need to be tested properly. A mushroom is only as clean as its source and most brands never show you the proof either way.

Flow is tested by Eurofins, an independent UKAS-accredited laboratory. Not for marketing. For certainty.

Here is what testing returned.

Heavy metals

Mushrooms are natural accumulators of heavy metals, which is precisely why this test matters most. Flow's results are low across the board.

Lead — 0.089 mg/kg
Cadmium — 0.015 mg/kg
Arsenic — 0.021 mg/kg
Mercury — not detected

Eurofins certificate AR-26-UD-194850-01.

Mycotoxins

Mould-derived toxins are a known risk in poorly sourced or poorly stored botanical powders. Flow returned no detectable levels of any of them.

Aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2) — none detected
Total aflatoxin — none detected
Ochratoxin A — none detected

Eurofins certificate AR-26-UD-197143-01.

Microbiology

Tested for the organisms that matter in a powdered food product. Salmonella absent. Everything else well below threshold.

Salmonella — not detected
E. coli — none detected
Total viable count — 70 cfu/g

Eurofins certificate AR-26-UD-199964-01.

Why we show this

Clinical dosing transparency means nothing without purity to match. A published dose only matters if you can trust what's in the powder.

Most supplement brands test their products, the good ones, at least. Very few publish the results. We think that is the wrong way round. If the work has been done, the proof belongs to you.
